I am new in vicidial Would you please help me to set predictive dial (Auto dial), My inbound and outbound Manual working fine .But How I can check Predictive Dial working or not .Please check below Campaign setting .Agents are logged in with ext and created list :707 with upload Load New Leads as as below : Please advise me further what should I Do ?????
