Basic question about accessing recorded calls.

Postby ArizonaCenter » Fri May 06, 2011 9:54 am

ViciDialnow 1.2
VERSION: 2.0.5-174
BUILD: 90522-0506
Single Server
No Extra software running

I have the managers manual and have spent an hour looking for the answer unsuccessfully.

I have a campaign set up to force record all. I cannot remember how to access the recordings. The recorded file is named by phone number and time.

Thanks!

On the admin screen, you can select any USER or LEAD and each will show a detail of all recordings.

The first entry was for where to find the recordings when logged in to your server console (ssh or directly).
